Delete Account Process
The customer initiates the account deletion request by clicking the Deactivate button on the ROXY web or mobile application.
- A warning message appears, allowing the user to choose between unsubscribing or permanently deleting their account.
- If the user chooses to delete their account, they are prompted to read and agree to the privacy policy before proceeding.
- Upon confirmation, an automated email with the customer’s details is sent to the DHE IT team.
- The DHE IT team checks whether the customer holds any ROXY Plus loyalty points.
- If the customer has no loyalty points, the account deletion request is processed immediately without further communication.
- If the customer has loyalty points:
- They are contacted via email to inform them about the loss of their loyalty points.
- The account deletion proceeds only after the customer acknowledges the consequences.
- They are contacted via email to inform them about the loss of their loyalty points.
